What this website collects

Almost nothing. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send (such as your name, email and message) so we can reply. The site does not require an account to browse.

Cookies and analytics

The site ships with no tracking by default and sets no advertising cookies. Any analytics we use are privacy-respecting and cookieless, record no personal data, and honour your browser's Do-Not-Track setting.

Your clinical data stays under your control

Our clinical products are deployed on infrastructure you choose — on-premises, or a hybrid of your own premises and a cloud you designate. Imaging, patient data and findings stay within the environment you control; we have no access to them, and you remain the data controller for the clinical data you process. Our completely-local tools, such as MedPodGP and Emu, keep all data on your own device, with no cloud relay at all.

Data residency and your rights

For data you do send us, we apply data minimisation and EU data-residency by default, in line with GDPR. You may ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it — just write to us.

Retention

We keep contact correspondence only as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal obligations, then remove it.
